Payment
Orders can be placed through the glassCreative website with payment being made by direct credit to our New Zealand bank account or by bank cheque upon arrangement.
All payments must be made in full within 3 working days of your online order being placed or we shall consider the order null and void.
When making a deposit please use the order number on your confirmation email as a reference, if you are unable to do so let us know so we can identify your deposit quickly.
Payment Options
- Bank deposit to our BNZ Bank Account.
- Bank cheque sent by mail – please notify us by email or phone if you intend to post a cheque to avoid your order being cancelled due to postal delays. Please allow an extra 3 working days for your cheque to clear before your order can be shipped.
- Cash or cheque if you choose to pick up at our Paeroa gallery.
Bank Account Details
Bank account details will be sent to you by email immediately after your purchase. Payment should be made to our BNZ account: 02 1244 0058529 001.
Lay-by
We do not offer a lay-by option on internet orders.
Pickups
Customers are welcome to pick up at our gallery in Paeroa. Please do let us know in advance by phone or email if you intend to do this.
Delivery
All our products are delivered by courier post across New Zealand and we are happy to mail to rural addresses and both south and north islands.
The price on the website includes good quality packing materials and use of a tracking service should your parcel get lost en-route.
We will email you to confirm your order has been posted out and usually despatch items the next working day after payment for your order has cleared.
Please allow 4 to 7 working days for your delivery to arrive before contacting us.
Warranty Policy, Returns and Refunds
We attempt to supply our customers with good quality products at good value prices, carefully packed and delivered across New Zealand.
Due to the fragile nature of glass your order may sometimes arrive damaged. If this will make the product unsuitable for your project then please contact us by email or phone to discuss an exchange or refund.
We offer a 7 day no quibble refund guarantee
PLEASE Note: glassCreative reserves the right to refuse refund claims if found to be no fault of manufacturing or delivery but to be caused by other means, outside the 7 day refund period.
Return of goods to glassCreative for refund is undertaken at the customer’s cost. We will cover shipping costs if your order was originally damaged during delivery.
Proof of purchase is required when requesting a refund, particularly if you bring an item back to our Paeroa gallery that your ordered over the internet.
All goods must be returned in original condition and not modified or repaired in any way.
glassCreative has the right to repair, replace, exchange or issue a refund.
The return cost of goods to the customer is at the cost of glassCreative.
