We release account and other personal information only when we believe release is appropriate for legal compliance and law enforcement (including to government agencies with statutory law enforcement responsibilities); to facilitate court proceedings; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of glassCreative, a trading name of Sauvarins Coloured Glass Limited.
glassCreative sends customers email during the purchase process (payment information/shipping confirmation) and if they elect to receive our email newsletters.
We will immediately remove any customer from any mailing list upon request and we do not send spam or otherwise send content that falls outside of this policy.
We store emails connected with orders for accounting puposes only and do not sell or rent these email messages or the email addresses.
Membership Registration
Our site’s shopping checkout form may require you to provide us contact information and may also require demographic information. We may use your contact information from the checkout form to send you information about our company and promotional material. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.
Updating Your Personal Information
You can contact glassCreative by phone or email to request changes be made to your personal data, including changing your email address, password, phone number, etc.
Delivery Address Details
Our shopping cart system enables you to save one or more addresses for your online orders and we may store these details against your profile to provide a record of previous orders.
Shopping Cart Security
We work hard to protect the security of your personal information and have chosen not to offer online payments to complete your orders at this time. All payments should be made by direct credit to our New Zealand Bank account or by a bank cheque made payable to glassCreative.
We protect your personal information during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet. Our system records your personal data for ease of future ordering but not your financial information.
